Jun 2025 – Present

Founder, home remodeling · Haleo

Research, UX, and most of the code. In pilot with San Jose homeowners.

  • Identified a broken market: homeowners spend six figures on decisions they cannot picture, hiring people they have no way to vet. Interviewed both sides to confirm it, then shipped to a design partner cohort of San Jose homeowners and five big contracting firms.
  • Shipped end to end, from interviews through code. Built a contractor trust index from CSLB records, permit history, and inspection outcomes so homeowners can find the right contractor in minutes instead of weeks.
